Metal part will be set to resin molding die, and then insert molding will be processed. Our company has been implementing cost down by high-cycle and significant labor reduction by having seamless line. Moreover, by utilizing the know-how gained from pressing, we are improving the yield of metal parts and reducing costs. This product is used for next generation model alternator.Press part quantity is increased and it requires high dimension accuracy.
