We have head office functions (human resources, general affairs, planning, accounting, sales, procurement, information systems) and an integrated production line from pressing to assembly of radiator caps, which account for 70% of the domestic market share.
We aim to create an environmentally friendly factory to the nearby surroundings, manufacturing diaphragms for sensor components, as well as everything from pressing to insert molding integratively and peacefully.

Iwata factory

We are mainly engaged in the production of stamping products.
We are production base that operates 24 hours a day fully, equipped with automatic presses with a maximum capacity of 400 tons, injection molding machines for resin parts, a group of single-shot presses aiming for high efficient production of various , low volume products and an assembly line for plastic radiator caps equipped with Denso robots.

Technical center

This is a technology and design developing department base. We conduct everything from the design to the manufacturing of dies, and process design of production lines. In addition, it is equipped with a prototyping press and molding machine, which plays an important role in realizing prototyping with a short delivery time.
