Three core technologies that continue to evolve
Nippa‘s core values
Nippa's core values include press processing, insert molding technology, and the assembly technology for our radiator caps, which have the top domestic market share.
These three technologies represent the refined core values that Nippa has developed over its long history. Without settling for the current state, we continuously strive for further advancement, deepening o ur technological expertise.
Deepening the three core values
Nippa is further deepening its three core values in the following points and refining its advanced technological capabilities that cannot be imitated by other companies.
01Deepening of stamping technology
- Development of original equipment
- Precision presses
02Deepening of insert molding technology
- Automation technology
- Ancillary technologies
03Deepening of cap assembly technology

The outlook woven by Nippa's core values
Nippa's evolution
In the midst of significant changes in the manufacturing industry's environment, Nippa aims to be a company contributing to customer CASE development and carbon neutrality. We are actively engaging in the challenge of developing new technologies leveraging the strengths of our unique core values.
Always, Nippa will continue to evolve in order to provide better products adopting a customer-centric approach.
Future challenges
Improvement of composite processing technology
While leveraging existing technologies, we actively undertake more challenging composite processing.
We are striving to challenge on realizing the press processing and molding of high-strength and thin-walled parts.
Insorcing new methods
With valuing the importance of trying things firsthand, we are working on the in-house integration (internalization) of new techniques such as joining, surface treatment, potting, and others. By increasing the range of technologies that can be completed in-house, we will respond to a wide range of customer demands.
