Stamping
We have a wide range of press technologies, such as differential pressure drawing of difficult-to-process materials and precision processing of ultra-thin SUS materials.
We are also focusing on expanding peripheral technologies such as leak inspection and magnetic annealing. -
Insert molding
We are automating and producing Insert molding parts with complex shapes.
We also own peripheral technologies (welding, fastening, etc.) for molded products, ensure consistent production. -
Cap assembly
We are engaged in the production of a wide variety of radiator caps.
We leverage the expertise unique to our long-history Nippa manufacturing, and maintaining an integrated production system covering parts processing, assembly, and inspection.
